Drone services in St. Petersburg are dominated by two things: water and redevelopment. Almost every property of note is either on the bay, on the Gulf or within sight of one of them, and an aerial is the only way to show that relationship honestly. It is also why agents book our aerial real estate photography in St. Petersburg for bayfront, canal and beach listings. Meanwhile the 86 acre Historic Gas Plant District is entering a build out measured in decades, which is exactly the kind of project that needs a dated visual record from day one.
The airspace is more forgiving here than across the bay. St. Pete-Clearwater International is Class D with a 4.9 mile radius, Albert Whitted downtown is Class D, and both sit under Tampa Class B shelves rather than under Class B reaching the surface. Authorization is still usually required and we file it before the visit.
We have flown inspection work in this market before, including the Tropicana Field roof. We are based in Sebring, a little over two hours east, and we cover Pinellas County as a whole rather than just the city line. Waterfront listings are usually booked as real estate drone photography, and roof and structure work as drone inspections.

Bay and Gulf frontage, docks, seawalls and beach access shown in a single frame that a ground camera cannot produce.
Dated progress records across the Gas Plant District and downtown build out, repeatable month over month.
Commercial roofs, seawalls and coastal structures documented in high detail without scaffolding or a lift.
St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island and Gulf front properties shot for marketing and for condition records.
We cover Pinellas County end to end, from the downtown waterfront out to the barrier islands and north through Clearwater and Dunedin. Coastal sites bring wind and salt considerations more often than airspace ones, and we plan the flight window around both.
