AERIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY IN ST. PETERSBURG

Aerial real estate photography in St. Petersburg is mostly about water. A buyer looking at a home in Snell Isle, Shore Acres or Venetian Isles wants to know three things before booking a showing: is it open bay or a canal, how long is the run out to Tampa Bay, and is there a fixed bridge between the dock and deep water. None of that shows up in a ground photo. One well framed aerial answers all three, and it is usually the image that earns the listing its first click.

The airspace here is tighter than it looks. Albert Whitted Airport sits right on the downtown waterfront with a Class D around it, which takes in downtown, the Old Northeast and the bayfront neighborhoods nearby. St. Pete-Clearwater International runs a second Class D over the north end of the county. We check every address against the current facility map, file the LAANC authorization in advance, and give you a firm date instead of a maybe.

Out on the beaches, from Pass-a-Grille up through St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, the shot that sells is the distance from the back door to the sand. We fly those in the calmer morning window before the sea breeze builds, so stills stay sharp and the water photographs at its bluest. Every flight is run by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot on registered, insured aircraft.

INSIDE ST. PETE HOMES, TOO

In St. Petersburg, the bay sells the address and the rooms sell the house. We cover both.

Alongside aerial photography, we shoot real estate and home photography, video, and 360° and 180° photos, from Old Northeast bungalows to downtown condos with bay views. Book them together and every image in the listing matches, from the dock to the dining room.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about St. Petersburg listing shoots, airport airspace, weather windows and cost. Send the address and we will check it and come back with a firm price the same day.

Usually, yes. Downtown, the Old Northeast and the bayfront around them sit inside Albert Whitted's Class D, so the flight needs FAA authorization. We request it through LAANC before we confirm your date, and it is included in the price rather than billed as an extra.
Much of the Gulf beach strip needs no airport authorization, but we still check every address. The beaches bring their own limits instead: wind off the Gulf, crowds and public access points. We fly early, before the sea breeze and the foot traffic, which is also when the water color photographs best.
Edited stills come back within 24 to 48 hours, sized for Stellar MLS and the portals. If you need them for a coming soon post, say so when you book and we move your edit up.
Yes. A slow pull back from the dock to the open bay is the single most effective clip for a St. Pete waterfront listing. Our aerial videography page covers what comes in the edit.
Standard residential listings are a flat fee set by property size. Waterfront estates, multi unit buildings and commercial listings are quoted per project. Send the address and you will have a number the same day.
Yes, along with Largo, Pinellas Park and the beach towns from Pass-a-Grille to Redington Shores. Our St. Petersburg drone services page covers inspections and commercial work in the same area, and across the bay we shoot drone photography in Tampa.
You get full marketing rights for the property: MLS, portals, your brokerage site, print, paid ads and social. We keep portfolio rights unless you ask us not to use the images.
Yes. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot on registered aircraft with liability coverage, and we send certificates to your brokerage on request. Our statewide aerial real estate photography page explains how a shoot runs from booking to delivery.
