Drone Inspections in Florida

DRONE INSPECTIONS IN FLORIDA

Drone inspections in Florida put a camera on the parts of a structure nobody wants to climb. Roofs, towers, stacks, bridges, solar arrays, storage tanks and building facades can be documented in high resolution without scaffolding, a lift or a rope team.

The result is a dated, high detail visual record that an engineer, adjuster or facilities manager can actually work from, captured in a fraction of the time and at a fraction of the risk of putting a person up there. We inspect assets across Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Ocala, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Every flight is run by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot on registered, insured aircraft. We work around live operations, coordinate with site safety and secure airspace authorization ahead of the visit. Inspection work is often combined with drone mapping or commercial aerial photography on the same trip.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about what we can inspect, how close we can safely fly, deliverables and working around live operations. Send us the asset and location and we will tell you what is possible.

Roofs, building facades, communication and lighting towers, bridges and overpasses, solar arrays, storage tanks, stacks, cranes, seawalls and hard to reach structural elements. If it can be seen from the air and the airspace allows it, we can usually document it.

No. We capture the imagery and organize it. A licensed engineer, roofer or adjuster interprets it and signs the report. Many of our clients are exactly those professionals, using us so they do not have to get on the roof to see it.
Close enough to resolve individual fixings and cracks on most assets, while keeping a safe standoff from the structure and from people. Wind and GPS conditions near large steel and concrete structures affect how tight we can safely work.
Usually yes. We coordinate with your site safety lead, agree exclusion areas and fly around live operations. Some environments require a shutdown window and we will say so up front.
Thermal capture for roof moisture surveys and solar array fault finding is available on request. Tell us what you are looking for and we will confirm whether thermal is the right tool for it.
Organized imagery is typically delivered within one to two business days. Urgent post storm damage assessments are prioritized, and Florida storm season is exactly when that matters.
Yes. We carry liability coverage and can provide certificates to your risk or procurement team before the visit. Additional insured endorsements can usually be arranged.
