Our Drone Services in Florida

For most real estate drone missions, our turnaround time is approximately 24 hours. Construction projects often require more time, but in many cases we can deliver completed files within 48 hours.

Turnaround depends on the size of the site, the number of deliverables and how much post-production the project needs. If you are working against a listing deadline or a progress meeting, tell us the date when you book and we will schedule the flight and the edit around it.

Once editing is complete, we usually deliver files through Dropbox because the number and size of the files often make email attachments impractical. If no editing is required, we can deliver the files on-site using a USB thumb drive.

Dropbox links stay active long enough for your team to download and redistribute the files, and deliverables can be organized into folders by date, phase or building when a project generates several rounds of imagery.

For real estate projects, you do not need to be present as long as we have access to every area that needs to be photographed. For construction projects, you or a designated representative with the necessary information and authority should be available.

For inspection and mapping work across Florida, the details worth confirming ahead of the flight date are site access, gate codes and any safety briefing your contractor requires. Those are the most common reasons a scheduled flight has to be moved.

We prefer to fly in fair weather with light winds. For safety, we cannot operate in winds exceeding 25 mph, during rain, or when lightning is detected within seven miles of the site.

Florida weather moves quickly, so we monitor conditions in the days leading up to your shoot and will recommend rescheduling rather than delivering compromised imagery. Afternoon storms are common through the summer months, which is why many of our Florida drone services are scheduled for morning windows.
